Shift Timings:
Night Shift 1: 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Night Shift 2: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Communication Skills (Voice & Chat)
Experience in handling Twitter, Twitch, and Discord chats
Client dealing experience (preferably international)
Ability to manage inbound & outbound calls and chat support
Bonus Points If You:
Can handle live chat queries professionally
Understand social media engagement strategies
Have knowledge of community management on Discord & Twitch
