Key Responsibilities:
Specialized in managing e-commerce operations exclusively on the Shopify platform
Manage end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment from order processing to final delivery
Lead courier coordination and ensure efficient last-mile delivery
Manage daily fulfillment operations for high-volume orders
Develop systems to improve order accuracy and dispatch timelines
Track key performance metrics and optimize logistics processes
Liaise with vendors and logistics partners for timely order delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, marketing or related field
5–6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
Hands-on experience with Shopify, courier integrations and high-volume fulfillment
Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities
