Headmaster/Headmistress required for SOS HG School Khairpur SOS Children’s’ Villages of Sindh, a part of SOS Pakistan and SOS International, is a leading international child care organization.
Job Description: Assist in setting school goals, planning academic programmes, and supervising instructional quality. Support recruitment, evaluation, and professional development of staff. Oversee admissions, student discipline, attendance, and exam process. Manage documentation, circulars, reports, and correspondence. Coordinate events, update course materials, and supervise campus maintenance. Liaise with parents, staff, and education boards.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree inn Education and any other discipline from a recognized university. Experience of about 5 years in similar position. Additional experience of 5 years in teaching. Fluent in English, Urdu & Sindhi. Computer literate, Leadership qualities with emphasis on team work. Maximum age limit of 45 years. Salary and terms as per sos pay-scale.
