Job Description: Provide leadership and overall management of the School. Oversee academic programs and ensure quality teaching and learning. Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff. Promote a positive and safe learning environment for students. Manage student discipline and welfare programmes. Coordinate school operations and resource management. Facilitate communication with parents, staff and the wider community. Ensure compliance with school Policies and regulations. Represent the school in community and board meetings. Encourage staff professional development and teamwork. Handle administrative duties including budgeting and reporting. Perform additional tasks as assigned by school management.
Requirements: Masters in any discipline from a recognised university. Bachelor’s Degree in B. Ed from a recognised university. Minimum +0 years’ experience. Additional teaching experience of minimum 5 years. Fluent in English, Urdu & Sindhi, Computer literate. Leadership qualities with emphasis on learn work. Salary and terms as per SOS pay-scale.
