Opportunity : Export Executive – Business Development Department
Experience: 1-2 years in similar role in a techno commercial environment
Education: BSc. Electrical Engineer (Mandatory)
Job Description:
1. Manage all back-end work from quote to delivery of Export Division, which includes sending acknowledgments to clients, preparing quotes, and keep a strong liaison with all stakeholders for completion of tasks as per assigned SLA.
2. Manage all documentation required to register FAST with international authorities.
3. Gain good technical command on FAST products.
4. Build good rapport with all FAST international clients, prospects & business partners.
5. Participate in Business Development activities like exhibitions, conferences and other PR activities, when & where required.
6. Regularly update database of all clients’ contacts, meetings, registrations & important documents.
7. Ensure FAST products remain best in choice and meeting clients’ expectations at all times.
Skills & Competencies:
Good command on MS Office especially MS Excel
Learning Attitude with good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
