Requirements:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with international clients.
– Minimum of 1 to 2 years of successful sales experience.
– Proficiency in online sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape.
– A proactive and optimistic mindset is crucial to achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive work environment.
– Ability to compose professional and persuasive emails to engage with clients and prospects.
– Experience in managing client interactions through various communication channels, including phone calls, live chats, and emails.
– Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries and provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
– Implement strategies to foster strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
– Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to generate sales and expand the customer base.
