A well-reputed organization is seeking a Deputy Manager – Business Excellence to join its team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in process improvement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and presentations; ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records.
Conduct performance and financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.
Improve execution processes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Develop KPIs, identify improvement areas, and support strategic initiatives assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in reporting, data analysis, data visualization, and process optimization
Proficient in MS Office and statistical tools
Experience with data analysis software is a plus
