Hiring Business Unit Head/ Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
– The Business Unit Head will oversee the daily operations of the business unit, manage staff, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
– Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, coordinating with other departments, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.
– The Business Unit Head will also be responsible for budgeting, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Strong project management and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in performance management and reporting
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Experience in the relevant industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
