Experience: 12+ years in construction industry (proposal & bidding focus)
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in strategic proposal development and large-scale infrastructure bids
Expertise in RFP/RFQ/BOQ evaluations, technical & financial proposals
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD & proposal management tools
Deep knowledge of PEC & FIDIC compliance and public procurement regulations
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end bid management, costing, pricing, and contract negotiation
• Liaison with clients/consultants, managing deadlines and proposal strategy
• Documentation, risk assessment, and cross-functional team coordination
