We’re Hiring Supply Chain Associate* (Contractual)
Kastros is looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-focused Supply Chain Associate to join our team.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, inventory management, or operations
This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who can coordinate day-to-day operations, manage inventory and contract execution, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations, including planning, inventory management, contract execution, and logistics
• Oversee onsite operational activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Monitor commodity movements, maintain accurate system records, and ensure inventory reconciliation across locations
• Manage contract creation and follow up on pending, failed, or provisional contracts
• Review service-related invoices, monitor expenses, and support cost control initiatives
• Track supply chain KPIs, prepare operational reports and performance scorecards, and provide actionable insights
• Support supply chain systems, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Commercial, Trade Execution, Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
• BBA/MBA with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent relevant experience
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, inventory management, or operations
• Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate onsite resources, and work effectively in a dynamic operational environment
• Willingness to work onsite and relocate as required by business needs
