Job Description:
To provide support in computer systems, projectors, laptops, devices, and IT infrastructure to ensure its seamless functionality.
To perform monthly cleaning and maintenance of PC and other equipment related to IT and update log sheets.
To be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs and related hardware devices, approved software, operating systems, etc.
To maintain IT inventory with proper asset code on physical equipment and database.
To assist in procuring IT assets per requirement, budget, approval, and purchase order.
To set up peripherals such as printers or routers, repair equipment, and provide daily support for computer network users.
To identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
