Responsibilities & Requirement:
� Act as first contact with customers to help them establish and use the service smoothly
� Provide daily support to SMP users through phone calls and e-mails
� Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions & creating ticket
� Collaborate with Technical Staff & Clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades
� Regular Audit Reports & Anticipate Potential issues and Dependencies, Highlight Risks
� Publishing new formats for efficient reporting to Senior Management on all KPI/ Metrics
� Creating reports and dashboard allowing all stakeholder to draw insights
Responsibilities & Requirement:
� Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) / Telecommunications / Computer Science/ or related fields
� Good Troubleshooting Skills
� Bilingual English/Arabic
� Preferable Knowledge on VAS Systems like SMSC, SMPP-GW, VoiceMail, VoiceSMS, RBT, SDP (Service Delivery Platform), RSC (Roaming Service Center), USSD, Collect Call, WAP/WEB Portal, Mobile TV, MMSC, WAP-GW, ADC & OTA, MTA (Mail Transfer Agent), Operating Systems like Windows, Red Hat or SUSE Linux, SUN Solaris, Database like MySQL, SQL, Oracle, Shell Scripting, Network, Switch, Router, Firewall, TCP/IP Protocol
