Experience: 5+ Years in IT Outsourcing Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire USA-based clients in software development, cloud solutions, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, and UX/UI outsourcing.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct sales calls.
Build & maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
Develop and present persuasive business proposals.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing (USA market).
Excellent English communication, negotiation & closing skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools & email automation.
Strategic mindset, self-motivated & results-oriented.
Ability to work USA time zones (Night Shift).
