A fastest growing China Mobile, Accessories and Solar company required (entry-level /fresh) Front Desk Officer for it’s Solar Service Center located in Karachi.

Job Responsibilities
– Greet visiting customers/engineers and respond to basic inquiries about energy storage product after-sales policies and service procedures.
– Answer hotline calls, record customer repair requests, complaints, or appointment needs, and promptly forward them to the technical team.
– Create and track after-sales work orders (maintenance/inspection/installation), coordinate engineer scheduling, and notify customers.
– Monitor work order progress and escalate urgent issues to the technical supervisor.
– Maintain customer files, service records, and spare parts inventory ledgers.
– Organize and file service reports, contracts, and related documents.
– Manage daily operations of the service center, liaise with logistics to receive/return spare parts and equipment.
– Assist in handling customers’ emergency service requests and coordinate resources for a rapid response.
– Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers to collect satisfaction feedback.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not restricted (backgrounds in customer service, administration, or engineering are preferred).
– Good written communication and data processing skills are advantageous.
– Training will be provided for fresh graduates.
