Location: Lahore
We’re looking for someone who’s got hands on experience in sales and business development, someone who understands how to drive performance and grow markets in the FMCG space.
If you’re someone who knows how to lead sales teams, create growth strategies and expand retail footprint this could be the right next move for you.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Drive market expansion and product availability (volume + SKU)
2. Lead and manage salesmen performance on ground
3. Monitor daily sales vs targets and plan accordingly
4. Share daily market insights, sales reports & competitor activity
5. Maintain clear and proper records of outlet orders, productivity and territory data
6. Track daily/monthly DR sales and performance
What we’re looking for:
1. 2–3 years of relevant sales/business development experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
3. Strong with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Familiarity with RCS8 and real-check app is a plus
5. Must be based in Lahore
Contract: 6 months (with potential for a permanent role)
