Duties and responsibilities
• Conducting in depth research on industry related topics in order to develop original content
• Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media and the company website
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
• Reviewing, editing and updating existing content to improve readability
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to understand customers’ needs and increase traffic to the websites
• Work with UX designers, other content writers, and marketers to deliver stories that are aligned with business goals
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, English, journalism or related filed.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• A portfolio of published articles
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress
• Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (e.g., Mozz and Google Keyword Planner)
• Experience using social media for business
• Solid writing and editing skills in English
• Time-management skills
• Ability to guide and motivate team members
