Location: Lahore
We are hiring Customer Service Officer.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, age up to 28 (up to 35 for former CSOs), and past experience working in an outbound call center. Candidates must be fluent in English and Urdu.
Technical Setup: Must own a functional laptop, a reliable internet connection, and electricity/power backup systems.
Job Nature & Location: Full-time, rotational shifts. It follows a hybrid/work-from-home model, but applicants must reside in Lahore.
Compensation: PKR 40,000 basic + PKR 9,500 service allowance, plus commissions, incentives, and gratuity.
