Tenant Fit-Outs: Guide new tenants through fit-out processes to ensure compliance with mall MEP and structural guidelines.
Team Coordination: Bridge operational communication between electrical, HVAC, and maintenance teams.
Inspections & Reports: Perform daily site
inspections, audit technical operations, and generate daily progress/incident reports.
Requirements: DAE / B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with 3+ years in commercial facility management.
