Position: Cold Caller (Remote & On-Site)
Salary Range: 35,000 – 150,000 PKR (based on experience & performance)
Work Hours: 08:00 PM PST – 05:00 AM PST (Night Shift)
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking cold calling experts, call center agents, and B2B sales professionals who can confidently engage with potential clients, handle objections, and close deals. If you have at least 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing, this is your chance to join a fast-growing team.
Fluent English communication skills – strong speaking and writing abilities
Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in real estate, digital marketing, or B2B sales
Ability to follow sales scripts while personalizing conversations
Confident in handling rejections and objections professionally
Job Responsibilities:
As a cold caller, telemarketer, and lead generation specialist, you will:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers across various industries
Identify and qualify leads while engaging decision-makers
Set appointments for sales teams and ensure follow-ups
Maintain CRM records and track all call interactions
Use persuasive sales techniques to convert prospects into clients
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
