Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance profitability.
– Plan and schedule crude oil procurement, ensuring optimal supply chain alignment and production efficiency.
– Oversee end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless execution.
– Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
– Identify and capitalize on new products, markets, and revenue opportunities.
– Lead contract management and negotiations, aligning them with the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
– Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, sales, customer satisfaction, and pricing strategies.
– Foster operational excellence by promoting innovation, adopting best practices, and driving continuous improvement in processes and products.
– Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards, proactively managing risks in contracts, supply chain, and commercial operations.
– Manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals while monitoring revenue streams and cost controls.

REQUIREMENTS:
– A minimum of 20 years of experience working within large-scale commercial operations, preferably in the Oil
Refining Sector or OMCs, including at ieast 5 to 7 years of demonstrated success in a senior leadership position.
– Strategic thinker with a can-do attitude, strong leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities.
– Extensive expertise in the petroleum market, strategic business planning, and customer relationship management.
– Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainabie growth and profitability in competitive markets.
– Preference will be given to seasoned professionals from reputed organizations.

Qualification:
– Master’s degree in Business or Engineering from a reputed Institution.
