Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at the Institute of Career Development. The BDM will be responsible for driving enrollments for CELTA, DELTA, and other teaching and preparation courses, managing administrative tasks, organizing events, and developing partnerships with stakeholders. The role involves market development in Karachi and overseeing class coordination, teacher-student communication, and class management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enrollments for CELTA, DELTA, and other language qualification programs.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Coordinate events and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and handling logistics.
Engage with stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for new teaching qualifications and courses.
Develop and expand ICD’s presence in the Karachi market.
Oversee class management, teacher coordination, and student engagement.
Ensure smooth communication between teachers and students for course-related matters.
Respond promptly to emails and manage communications efficiently.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary tools for class and event management.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in English (C1 – C2 level preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in educational program coordination or business development is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work weekdays (10 AM – 6 PM) and occasional Saturdays based on scheduled events.
