We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while leading a team of billing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the medical billing team.
Oversee the entire billing cycle, including claims submission, payment processing, and collections.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
Analyze billing data and generate reports for management to track team performance.
Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce errors.
Provide ongoing training and support to the team to improve productivity and compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role in medical billing.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance guidelines, and compliance.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
