Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Manager – Production Plant to assist the Plant Manager in overseeing our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, supervising staff, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing production operations
• Manage day-to-day production activities
• Supervise and develop production staff
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve plant goals
• Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
