Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.

• Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update management on progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Atleast 01 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
