We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve team and individual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and handle customer inquiries.
Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing metrics to ensure objectives are met.
Assist in training, coaching, and developing sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the sales department and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Assist in forecasting sales and setting realistic targets based on market insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales or managerial role, preferably within Solar Industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
