Secondary Reporting To: Operations Manager
Experience: 2 ~ 4 Years (Sales & Marketing Experience in a renowned Inspection, Testing and Certification company.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Market Penetration: Identify and target potential clients within various industries requiring inspection, testing, and certification services. Develop strategic plans to establish a strong presence in the market.
2. Solution Presentations: Articulate our comprehensive range of services to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their unique needs and challenges effectively.
3. Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their requirements and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that exceed expectations.
4. Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors. Utilize this knowledge to adapt strategies and ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive.
6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation, qualification, and tracking. Utilize CRM tools to manage and prioritize opportunities.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
8. Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
