We are looking for Junior IT Help Desk Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Entertain technical Complaints of Customers.
• Generate ticketing number of complaint and assigned it to relevant support engineer.
• Respond to technical queries via email, online chats, over the phone, or in person.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
• Working with support engineers to provide customer support with superior service.
Experience: 6 months to1 year of relevant experience
Qualification: Inter/Diploma in IT/BCOM/BA (not BSCS)
Salary Bracket: 50k-55k
