We are hiring Chief Executive Officer.
Qualification:
– Must possess a graduate degree from a well-reputed institute or other professional
qualification relating to Islamic finance; or
– Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
– Bea recognized businessman or professional with postgraduate degree in business
administration or public administration or finance or commerce or marketing or equivalent.
Age:
– Above 50 and below 65 years (cutoff date for age will be the Publication date of Advertisement.
Experience & skills:
– Minimum experience of 10 years in a senior management position, preferably in the
regulated financial services sector.
– Deep understanding of regulatory, commercial and sectoral environment in which the
company operates.
– An appetite for risk and Know-how of industry and customers.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Instructions:
– The candidate shall be appointed in accordance with the Public Sector Companies
(Appointment of CEO) Guidelines 2015
– The candidate must fulfill the fit and proper criteria laid down in Public Sector Corporate
Governance Rules 2013 and Modaraba Regulations, 2021.
– Selected candidate will be offered market-based compensation package and other
