HOPSCOTCH a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Regional Sales Manager-Central Region” to join our Retail team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in the Central region.
Oversee company-operated stores, ensuring optimal performance in terms of sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Lead and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve individual and store-level targets.
Analyze store performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, as needed.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
