Location: Karachi
DataQ Health is looking for a System Administrator. This is an onsite night shift job from 06 PM to 03 AM
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. CCNA, M365, Azure Administration, and ITIL V4 certifications are preferred.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in network devices, IT infrastructure, and system engineering in a regulated environment.
Job Description:
Manages the day-to-day IT operations by monitoring system performance, configuration, and maintenance.
Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained.
Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, it leads to problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and organizations.
Establishes, maintains, and manages users’ accounts. Installs, modifies, and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems.
Provides server support related to other software.
Follow guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host computer operating systems and other components.
Adopts procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature, and user abuse.
Troubleshoot software issues related to IT infrastructure.
Manages the communication equipment, Azure cloud infrastructure, and computer host systems, including hardware and software.
Maintain an information security management system in {infrastructure.
