Role Description
PlomX Tech is seeking a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer/Project Manager in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing software development projects from start to finish, including managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the actual coding of software applications and ensuring that all solutions are bug-free, scalable, and secure.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or 3 years of experience working with a Project Manager role in the software development industry
Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Strong understanding of databases, security, and versioning tools like Git
Experience with development tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and foster a positive relationship
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with UI/UX design is an added advantage.
