Requirements:
1. Must possess cognitive skills to perform:
a) Market Research
b) Individual Prospect Research
2. Proficiency in designing and implementing Sales Cadences.
3. Ability to convert Leads into MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and then into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
4. Strong oral and written English communication skills.
5. Capability to conduct Email and LinkedIn outreach programs.
6. In-depth knowledge of managing Pipelines and handling CRMs (Customer Relationship Management systems).
7. Understanding of the entire prospecting process.
8. Competence in performing Lead qualification.
9. Proficiency in understanding and identifying Prospect’s Pain points.
10. Excellent email and sales copywriting skills.
11. Capability to craft intelligent Follow-up sequences for the list of prospects.
12. Ability to comprehend the prospect nurturing phase.
13. Good experience with Email personalization.

Desirable Skills:
1. Ability to assist in client calls alongside Account Executives (AE).
2. Proficiency in multi-touch communication, including Phone Calls and Voicemail.
3. Competence in engaging with social media messages.
4. Proficiency in creating personalized videos and video messages
