Job Description::
1. Develop trade sales strategies and marketing plans for achieving the company�s sales and profitability targets.
2. Ensure consistent achievement of trade sales, profitability, and recovery targets.
3. Close liaison with dealers and address dealers� complaints in a timely manner.
4. Implementation of sales and after-sales SLAs of the company in true spirit.
5. Ensure proper branding of the dealer�s shop and other required branding activities.
6. Regular monitoring and reporting of market intelligence regarding the product, pricing, etc., and develop a counter strategy for the trade segment.
7. Ensure trade sales teams build a healthy relationship with all FAST dealers.
8. Suggest & and develop incentive schemes for dealers to boost sales activities and targets.
9. Consistently work to develop and explore the new dealer�s development.
10. Monitor sales activities in the trade segment. Assist team in generating sales activities by meeting dealers, and electricians on a regular basis.
11. Attend different electricians or trade fairs to promote the FAST brand.
12. Participate in sales strategic planning, policy development & and its implementation.
13. Oversee strategic business initiatives from development to successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
14. Foresee, assess, and communicate risks when business decisions are made.
