1. Production equipment maintenance planning 2. Execution and handle trouble shoot problems 3. Guide technicians to repair Equipment fast 4. Keeps spares ready for plant readiness 5. Works on planned & Preventive maintenance 6. Can train his team, and is a self-driven focused person 7. Deliver the results & maintains flawless plant condition.
