Job Description:
Our CPA firm is seeking a Junior Accountant who is proficient in using QuickBooks to manage payroll, tax, and balance sheet for individuals and companies in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounts for clients
Process payroll, including payroll tax filings
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statements
Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience using QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
