2. Perform routine PC maintenance and update for performance efficiency
3. Provision of IT support to coworkers.
4. Monitoring All IT infrastructure
5. Campus Visits for IT Support Level 1
Other Responsibilities
1. Manage & Respond on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.
2. Design edit, publish, and share creative, engaging, and relevant content for social media posts.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
1. Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals in windows
2. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
3. Ability to configure network, switches, etc
4. Knowledge of social media platforms
5. Content writing capabilities can work on different applications and software.
6. Working experience in Graphic Designing Software.
