Location: Islamabad
Job Description:
– Responsible to liaison with the MEP & ICT consultant and coordinate the design with other engineering discipline.
– Responsible for complete Project Management of IT and Telecom Portion of Smart Enterprise Building Projects.
– Also responsible of assuring product quality, finished products, and system capabilities.
– Ensure that the related consultant has design the systems and contents to the requirement and performance. Shall review the specifications to ensure equipment and systems can deliver the required service.
– Shall be a critical supporter of the team effort by accomplishing related results required for the project.
– Where necessary, shall ensure the quality, capacity and durability of the product.
– Should suggest third party audit or verification, and upon approval should facilitate as necessary.
– Constitute a team for the successful accomplishment of the project goal including: design review, amendment and quality work execution.
– Should participate in the process of due diligence for the selection of a contractor base on scope of work proposed.
– Participate and promote in the selection of a contractor.
– Managing the contractor and site activities, shall inspecting the contractor�s works on regular basis.
– Supervising and monitoring the work in progress by the contractors, shall issue necessary instructions, concerns, recommendations as and when required.
– Should enforce necessary health and safety norms on site. Ensure all the concerns should adhere and comply.
– Coordinating the ICT & IT works with Civil and Interior Design works ensuring all services are properly integrating with space and operation.
Academic Qualification:
– Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Obtained from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
Additional Qualification
-Professional Engineer license administered by the National Society of Professional Engineers or from Pakistan Engineering Council.
– Certified from ICT & IT Professional�s Organization
– Certified by International Associations and Counsels of ICT & IT Professionals.
Professional Requirements:
– Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associate with ICT & IT Equipment, Installations and systems.
– Enterprise data (Switching, Routing and security including Infrastructure)
– WLAN (Centrally managed system with advanced QoS)
– CCTV (IP based systems with storage and video call Control room based Monitoring Systems)
– Designing and commissioning
– Building Management System BMS related to all project entities.
Experience:
� 15-20 years or more (Infrastructure development)
� Relevant Experience in high rise buildings, Offices, and Hotels will be preferred.
