Location: Karachi
One of the leading kids retail brand is looking for a candidate for the position of �CCTV Operator�. (Karachi, Sindh)
Responsibilities:
� Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency
� Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity
� Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the line manager
� Monitor vehicle and staff movements via software
� Issue field visit related equipment to staff on the instruction of the Operations Manager
� Manage the main switchboard, answer all the calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
� Identify and recommend changes to improve our security operations
� Any other duty as directed by the Duty Manager
Requirements:
� Minimum Intermediate
� Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
� At least 1 – 2 years� experience as a control room operator
� Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
