1. Work for the betterment and development of the Academics department.
2. To monitor the progress of students, in case of weak students, keep taking follow up regarding the progress of weak students.
3. To check and monitor the performance of all departments of institution i.e Administration, Academics, HR etc
4. Serve as a liaison to the all functional heads (HODs of all campuses and departments); organize and coordinate on all operational and administrative matters associated with CEO secretariat/office.
5. Discussions with operational heads vis-à-vis operational or administrative matters requiring CEO’s attention so that it can be transformed into a more summarized way for decision making.
6. Provide professional secretarial services to the CEO, that is, making short and long reports, coordinating vis-à-vis meetings, preparing meeting minutes, corresponding with internal and external entities and ensuring the highest level of services.
7. Maintains professional integrity, confidentiality, respect and sensitivity in advising.
8. Provide operational and administrative guidance to reporting functionaries.
