We have an opening for the position of Video Editor. The candidate should be experienced can work independently, and have a flair to excel in their respective fields.
Following are the requirements for the above positions:
Video Editor requirements:
• Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each is updated in the correct format.
• Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects.
• Assembling all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the computer and preparing the final data for Denning VLE portal.
• Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer
• Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what’s usable
• Cover internal and external events of Denning to prepare stories for all Denning social media pages.
• Travel with the Outreach department for coverage of all the outreach visits.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in video making
