• Excellent programming and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with at least one programming language and ability to learn others quickly.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards
• Knowledge of Internet application development with open source technologies (Ruby on Rails, MySQL, , Javascript, etc).
• Self driven, excellent communication skills, strong desire to excel and ability to work independently.
• Writing clean, robust, short and optimised code
