(1) Retired Quality Control Inspectors from Naval Dockyard -KSEW/EME/Air Force or other with good knowledge of Fabrication/welding/QC systems to serve as head of Department.
(2) Experienced Design Engineers with Mechatronics programming, Thermal Engineer Specialization and Other associated engineering disciplines with fast growing company and desire to excel.
(3) Experienced Electrical Engineers with associated engineering disciplines with fast growing company and desire to excel.
(4) Experienced Engineers for Solar Design/Application and Marketing of the same with associated engineering disciplines with fast growing company and desire to excel.
