We are looking for a Network Support Engineer / NOC Engineer
Job Description
Fresh -1 year of Network Experience with the following knowledge.
Basic networking
Switching
Routing
Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.
Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.
Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirements.
Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network systems.
BCS , BE , CCNA preferred
