Timing: Monday – Saturday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• To organize and set up the display of products prior to opening time.
• To tally and organize inventory of products received at and sent from the boutique.
• To manage various inquiries from clients and assist them accordingly.
• To play the role of a mediator between clients and the production department.
• To take follow ups on client orders from the production department to ensure all order details are clear and followed through as per client requirements.
• To update orders on a system software with the relevant details written clearly for the production department to understand and process accordingly.
• To understand company policies, procedures and products; communicate them to and assist clients with the relevant information.
• To understand client requirements and feedback; communicate the relevant information to management accordingly.
