Job Description:
– Present the key financial indicators for feasibilities.
– Explore & evaluate core business activities & promotions.
– Business partners with a range of stakeholders to understand performance VS budget, promptly highlighting areas of concerns, focus or potential improvement – certain P&L lines will be of focus.
– Pro-actively look for opportunities to improve reporting & analysis to better support stakeholders.
– Review and provide insights on project updates related to construction activities.
– Analyze financial data, create financial models, & develop pricing strategies.
– Refine processes for efficient monitoring of budgetary & actual financial data.
– Provide analysis of trends, forecasts & recommend actions for optimization.
– Compile financial statistics, calculations, & presentations.
– Involve in business process improvisation.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analyst.
– ACCA / CFA Part / MBA Finance / Bachelors in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university.
– Preference would be given to candidates with experience of retail industry & Microsoft Dynamics AX.
