Hospital requires a Nursing Manager Male / Female with 12 hours rotation who has skills to:
1. Create goals & objectives for their department. 2. Communicate with staff & department heads. 3. Maintain & organize records of the facility. 4. Recruit & train nurses & other health professionals. 5. Create work schedules for Nurses. 6. Improve the quality & efficiency of care delivered to patients. 7. Solve any problems patients might have. 8. To handle the ICU & E.R on their medical grounds. 9. To handle Labour room & O.T on their medical grounds. 10. To maintain Handing & Taking over register.
Qualification Registered Nurse + MPH Experience atleast 5 years in any tertiary care hospital.
