Need Manager Warehouse, at least 5 years of professional ex-perience and capable to man-age 100000 sq.ft. Warehouse Operations & lead skilled labour staff of more than 25 people. En-sured 100% compliance of FIFO in daily issuance. Systematical-ly organized layout and space management. Ensured proper receipt, storage & issuance as per SOP (WMS compliances). Effectively make sure that work-place’s health and safety requirements are met and ensured security of building & stocks.
Assist clients queries and issues. Helps establish work schedules. Applies sound communication & motivational techniques in leading, supervising, coaching and disciplining associates. Well knowledge about compliance to establish procedures. Oral & written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Safety, Sanitation, Security.
Maintains a clean, neat & orderly work area. Assists in maintaining ware-house security as per company’s requirements. Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse opera-tions is necessary.
