Serve Customers:
Serve the customers that come into the shop.
Take orders and provide assistance quickly so as to keep queues at a minimum. Answer questions about the menu or product through calls & whatsapp.
Clean the Store:
Clean the store and sitting area, if applicable.
They are constantly on the lookout for messes that need to be cleaned up.
Resolve Customer Problems.
Stock Supplies:
Keep all the supplies that customers use stocked and available.
Identify when stock is running low, filling empty spaces as soon as possible.
Manage Cash Drawer:
Work with cash registers, managing cash drawers appropriately
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
