NordPak Foundation is looking for a creative and motivated SoMe Coordinator DK (Volunteer) to support our digital communication and community engagement efforts in Denmark and the Nordic region.

This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or aspiring digital communicator who wants hands-on experience in:

Social media marketing
Digital storytelling
AI-powered content creation
Community engagement
Branding and communications
Non-profit and diaspora-focused initiatives
You will work closely with NordPak’s team on campaigns, events, partnerships, and digital outreach initiatives.

Location: Remote / Denmark-based preferred
Commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Duration: Minimum 3-6 months
Type: Volunteer / Unpaid
Start: June 2026

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
You will support NordPak’s presence across:

LinkedIn
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
X (Twitter)
YouTube (optional)
Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with the planning and execution of social media strategies
Supporting content creation and campaign coordination across platforms and audiences
Writing engaging captions, copy, and storytelling-driven content
Scheduling and publishing posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
Supporting event promotion and live coverage
Maintaining consistent brand tone and messaging

AI & Digital Content Creation
We encourage experimentation with modern AI-powered communication tools and workflows.

This may include:

Using tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Express, Gemini, or similar for content ideation and production
Supporting AI-assisted caption writing, visual creation, and campaign brainstorming
Creating short-form video content including reels, stories, and event highlights
Staying updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging digital formats

Creative & Community Engagement
You will help strengthen NordPak’s online presence by:

Engaging with followers and responding to messages and comments professionally
Supporting outreach to students, professionals, startups, creators, and diaspora communities
Encouraging discussions and meaningful community interaction
Assisting with community moderation when needed

Analytics & Reporting
You will support data-driven social media growth by:

Monitoring engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance
Helping prepare simple monthly reports and insights
Identifying trends and recommending improvements

We Imagine You Are / Have
Passionate about social media, digital culture, and storytelling
Interested in gaining hands-on experience with social media marketing and communications
Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Curious about AI tools and modern digital workflows
A creative thinker with an eye for visuals and branding
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Danish, Urdu, or another Nordic language is a plus
Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Express, or similar tools
A student or recent graduate within Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields
Previous experience managing personal, student, freelance, or organisational social media pages is considered a plus, but not required.
