Position: Manager Accounts and Finance
Grade: Department Head
Education: MBA with Part qualified (ACCA, CA, or ICMA)
Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience in the Accounts and Finance department team of a shipping and logistic/Distribution company.
Location: Zamzama, Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the receivable and payables in an aggregate manner.
On daily basis check the record of financial transactions and maintain company ledgers.
Check, review and recording of financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
Responsible for prioritize the payment and billing of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
Ensure compliances of Income Tax/ Sales Tax filling Monthly/Quarterly.
Maintain a good relationship with the stakeholders/Banks.
Monthly/Bi Monthly review of ledgers and accounts for the reconciliations and Identify discrepancies. Draft report and proceed for the corrective actions.
Keep track record of the payments and deposits to the bank.
Actively connect with the management for daily reporting.
Able to manage the payroll and employee benefit activities in a timely manner.
Understanding and Knowledge or contemporary ERP Accounting Modules.
Coordinate with External/Internal Auditors, Tax/Legal Consultants.
